I remember Uncle Bill having a wonderful sense of humor, always laughing, and a wonderful to be around. My heart breaks for the ones who are left here without him.

We were so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. Being members of Lake Ozarks Grotto, we had so many good times with Bill so many years ago. Caving trips, canoe trips, so many memories.
I remember one float trip vividly when the guys said that we were going to "live off the land." It was a good thing that we did take food (just in case)!
He was a special person with a good heart. We will never forget him.....- Gary & Alberta

Sorry to hear of your loss. I first met Bill when he was a dispatcher at Camdenton and I was the District Forester at Lebanon. Worked with him in different capacities after that. He will be missed.
