Roger Clayton Moran, son of Elmer and Murrell Waisner Moran, was born, August 10, 1952 in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. He departed this life, October 10, 2017, in Lake Regional Hospital, Osage Beach, Missouri at the age of sixty five years, two months and zero days.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his daughters, Crystal Fears and husband Christopher of Camdenton, Missouri and Priscilla Howell and husband Jonathan of Climax Springs, Missouri; his grandchildren, Autumn Fears, Kalib Fears, Jacob Fears, James Moran Rogers, Alana Howell, Jonah Howell and one on the way; two sisters, Linda Shankles of Camdenton, Missouri; and Beverly Moran of Macks Creek, Missouri; and a cousin, whom was like a sister to him, Diane Necaise; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

When Roger was a child, they moved to the Climax Springs area and he attended Climax Springs High School where he sang in the choir and played basketball. Roger started his career as an over the road truck driver and had been blessed with the great ability to be a great horse breaker.

In his spare time he loved to go fishing, hunting, mushroom hunting and riding horses.

Roger was a loving son, brother, father, grandfather and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and will treasure the memories he created for his family and friends.
