Kristine Kay Brown

Kristine Kay Brown, daughter of the late George & Lois (Flack) Krueger, was born on October 4, 1948 in Council Bluffs, Iowa and departed this life on March 24, 2023 in Osage Beach, Missouri. At the time of her passing, Kristine was seventy-four years, five months and twenty days of age.

Kristine was preceded in passing by her parents; and her infant sister, Donna Krueger.

She is survived by her husband, Steve Brown; two siblings, Steven & wife Karen Krueger and Jon & wife Lori Krueger; four children, Todd & wife Cherita Williams, Jennifer & husband David Gowin, Jeff Williams and Kimberly Williams; and Twelve grandchildren. She also leaves behind many friends and other family members who will all truly miss her.

Kristine was born and raised in Council Bluffs, Iowa where she would later graduate from Thomas Jefferson High School. On October 4, 1992, which happens to be Kristine’s birthday and Steven’s birthday, she was also on the same date to united in marriage to Steven Brown and together they shared 30 wonderful years of marriage.

She was a loving wife, mother, sister & grandmother and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and her accomplishments and will treasure the memories she created for her family and friends.

Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home. During the service, there will be a moment of open share and reflection. If you would like to share during this time, please prepare a brief memory to share ahead of time. If you are unable to share but still have a fond memory, please write it down and hand to a member of our staff and we would be happy to share that for you.

The family strongly encourages that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and left with or mailed to Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home, 15 Clint Ave, Camdenton, Missouri, 65020.
