LOLITA HAYWARD Lolita Ruth Hayward, daughter of the late Rudolph John and Hermine Dorothy Dvork Schwimmer, was born, September 9, 1926 in Chicago, Illinois. She departed this life, Monday, February 16, 2009 in Osage Beach Health Care, Osage Beach, Missouri at the age of eighty-two years, five months and seven days. Survivors include her sons, Roy Shipley of Roach, Missouri and Stephen Shipley; two brothers, Harry Schwimmer of Lowell, Indiana and Rudy Schwimmer of Sun City, Arizona; two sisters, Charolet Breback of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Peggy Atherton of Paw Paw, Illinois; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was raised in Indiana and spent most of her adult life there. She moved to Phoenix, Arizona for several years and retired to the lake area in 1984. She worked as an Electronics Technician for Mech-Tronics. She was an expert at soldering and wiring. She helped wire Apache Helicopters for the government. She was baptized into the Catholic Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed oil painting, gardening and sewing. She loved animals, especially cats. Lolita was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and aunt and was a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and her accomplishments and will treasure the memories she created for her family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, February 19, 2009 in Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Allee Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. in the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton.
