NEIL FAIFERLICK Neil Edwin Faiferlick, son of Richard Joseph and Grace Julia McMahon Faiferlick, was born, December 23, 1944 in Fort Dodge, Iowa. He departed this life, Sunday, August 24, 2014, in Lake Regional Hospital, Osage Beach, Missouri from a heart attack, at the age of sixty-nine years, eight months and one day. On November 14, 1989 in Maui, Hawaii, he was united in marriage to Margie Amos. Together they shared twenty-four years of marriage. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Owen and a sister, Lois; his father-in-law, James Amos and sister-in-law, Teresa Amos. Survivors include his wife, Margie Faiferlick of Camdenton, Missouri; children, Shawn Wikoff of Kansas City, Missouri, Conni Bruce of Basalt, Colorado, David Faiferlick and wife Karen of Osage Beach, Missouri and Jackie Faiferlick Mathany and husband Jedidiah of Hermann, Missouri; two step-daughters, Holly James and husband Chris of Sunrise Beach, Missouri and Jill Chadwick of Eldon, Missouri; thirteen grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three brothers, Dale Faiferlick, Mark Faiferlick and wife Maria and Lyle Faiferlick and wife Nancy all of Fort Dodge, Iowa; his mother-in-law Sally Amos of Lebanon, his sister-in-law Sally McGuire and husband Jim of Lebanon, James Amos and wife Elaine of Lebanon, Martha Jemes and husband Farrell of Lebanon, Margaret Dickinson and husband Kennie of Camdenton, Joe Amos and wife Cheryl of Lebanon, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Neil was the founder of Missouri Furniture and still played an active role in the business. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing poker, boating, traveling and golfing. He loved spending time with his family and friends all while living life to the fullest. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and will treasure the memories he created for his family and friends. Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, August 28, 2014 in First Baptist Church of Camdenton. Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m., Thursday in the church. Memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church or American Heart Association and left at the funeral home or the church the day of the service. Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton is assisting the family with arrangements.
