PAMELA J. HUNT Pamela J. Hunt passed away at the age of sixty-five on Saturday, April 16, 2016. Pamela fought breast cancer for nine years and lost her battle at home surrounded by family and friends. She was raised in Council Bluffs, Iowa and had lived in Osage Beach, Missouri for the past fifteen years. Pamela was a Surgical Tech for twenty-four years at Jennie Edmundson Memorial Hospital in Council Bluffs and fourteen years at Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach, Missouri. Pam is preceded in death by her first husband and the father of her children, Barry Rasmussen, her mother Goldie Jorgensen, step-father Robert Jorgensen, father Cecil Vermuele, step-mother Elsie Vermuele and step-brother Jim Salmons. Survived by her husband Richard F. Hunt Jr.; daughters, Amy Rasmussen and Angi and husband Travis Wirth; son, Kelly Rasmussen and wife Suzi Reid; step-daughters, Misti and husband Justin and Richard and Stephanie (Health) Arnold; grandchildren: Javen, Tiara, Brayden, Joah, Jaysa and Mackenzie; step-grandchildren: Shelby, Michael and Noah; sisters: Cathy and husband James Clarahan, Deb and husband Charles Coleman; brothers: Cecil and wife Julia Vermule, Bruce and wife Linda Vermule, John and wife Trisha Vermuele; step-sisters: Judy and husband Jon Balsley, Terresa and husband Richard Netsch, June and husband Dan Russell, Kimberly Jorgensen, Barb and husband William Winchel; step-brothers: Michael and wife CoCo Jorgensen, Jim and wife Vicki Salmons, William and wife Rexanna Salmons, Carl and wife Sherry Salmons along with many loving nieces and nephews. We will be having a casual celebration of life for Pamela Saturday, April 23rd at 1:00pm at the Elks Lodge 380 McKenzie Ave. Council Bluffs, Iowa. Please bring your favorite memory and stories of Pam. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the Family or Mercy Hospice Health Care in Lebanon, Missouri. Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton, Missouri is assisting the family with their cremation arrangements.
