BILL SAIN William Levi Sain, son of Woodrow and Edith Eudola Burnett Sain, was born, August 30, 1936 in Loudon, Arkansas. He departed this life, Thursday, January 31, 2013, in Lake Regional Hospital, Osage Beach, Missouri at the age of seventy-six years, five months and one day. On May 19, 1956 in Hernando, Mississippi, he was united in marriage to Mary Caroline Bond and to this union three daughters were born. Together they shared fifty-six years of marriage. He was preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow and Edith Sain; two brothers, Richard W. Sain and Kenneth W. Sain and a grandson, Garrett Jayson Wilking. Survivors include his wife, Carol Sain of Camdenton, Missouri; three daughters, Patricia Louise Wilking and husband Butch of Chebanse, Illinois, Billie Jean Cappellano and husband Larry of Cartersville, Georgia and Brenda Lee Lagacy of Manteno, Illinois; nine grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; his siblings, Charles E. Sain and wife Kay of Collinsville, Oklahoma, Catherine Duncan and husband George of Sherman, Texas, Bobby Don Sain and wife Diane of Florida, David E. Sain and wife Candy of St. Anne, Illinois and Sharon Hayward of Bourbonnais, Illinois and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Bill served his country proudly in the National Guard for four years. For a time, he worked for Winterroth and Nordmeyer Plumbing and Heating in Chebanse, Illinois. He worked as a fork-lift operator for A.O. Smith in Kankakee, Illinois and retired after thirty-two years of service. Bill was a bus driver for the Camdenton R-III school district for eighteen years and was the Water Commissioner for Osage Highlands in Greenview. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting and fishing and his dog Toby. Most of all, time spent with family and friends was important to him. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle and a caring neighbor and friend. He touched many lives and his memory will linger on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. A visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m., Monday, February 4, 2013 in Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home. No formal funeral service will be held. Memorial donations may be made to March of Dimes and left at the funeral home. Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton is assisting the family with arrangements.
