BETH WEBB NOEL After a long battle with cancer, Anita Beth Webb Noel went to be with the Lord on January 31, 2013. She was surrounded by her family and friends. Beth was born November 24, 1963, the daughter of Howard E. Webb and Norma Jean Webb Niemann (Shumate). She is survived by her two children, Jeremy Richard Noel and Danielle Lynn Noel of the home; her mother, Jeanne Niemann of Camdenton, Missouri; her sisters, Thelma Miller and husband Doug of Jefferson City, Missouri, Linda Webb and husband Paul of Royalton, Illinois and Coni Riley and husband John of Jefferson City, Missouri; two nieces, Dr. Kaitlin Battaglia and husband Matthew of Royalton, Illinois and Jacqueline Riley of Jefferson City, Missouri; one nephew, Camden Riley of Jefferson City, Missouri; her fiance, Steven Schulz of Jefferson City, Missouri; her aunt and uncle, Wayne and Ruby Sweatt of Montreal, her longtime friends, Michele Wiethop McDonald and Stacy Rooffener Stoll both of Camdenton and many friends and co-workers. She was preceded in death by her father, Howard Webb; her grandparents, Dan and Bertha Shumate and Everett and Margaret Webb and a step-father, Maurice Niemann. Beth was born and raised in Camdenton, Missouri and was a graduate of Camdenton High School in the class of 1982. After school, she married Timothy Noel and they made their home in Mount Vernon, Missouri. In 2007, she and her children moved to Jefferson City, Missouri. She worked for the MO HealthNet Division where she served on the Staff Council Committee, Helping Hands Committee and the Safety Committee. She was saved and baptized at an early age and was a member of the Decaturville Missionary Baptist Church. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Victoria Chapter #14 in Jefferson City. Her life revolved around her children and her pets; both of whom she loved deeply. In her spare time, she enjoyed watching the birds from her deck and traveling. Spring flowers always brought her joy. Beth was a loving mother, daughter, sister and aunt and was an inspiration to all who knew her. In spite of her many illness and hardships, her faith remained strong in God. She will be missed. The family would like to express a special note of gratitude to Dr. Matthew Hart and Dr. Tamara Hopkins, and the staff at Capital Region Medical Center for all their kindness and support. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 5, 2013 in First Assembly of God Church, 1900 Route C, Jefferson City. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday in the church. A second memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 6, 2013 in Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Jeremy & Danielle Noel Educational fund and accepted at the funeral home or mailed in care of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home, 15 Clint Avenue, Camdenton, MO 65020. Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Camdenton is assisting the family with arrangements.
