Betty Lee Wright passed away June 27, 2026. Betty was born in Washington, Missouri on July 11, 1935, to Lloyd and Viola (Griffin) Davidson. She had two sisters, Lois and Doris Ann; and one brother, Sonny.

After graduating High School, she married Muriel Wright, on May 20,1953. To this union, they two sons, Mike and Danny Wright and as a family, they lived in many different states during Muriel’s military service in the United States Air Force.

Betty worked at the family-owned Davidson Cafe in Montgomery City, Missouri as a teenager with her parents and three siblings. She enjoyed tole painting, knitting, serving her community by volunteering at Lamb House and being involved with Meals-on-Wheels.

She loved to go to Branson, Missouri, where she enjoyed watching many shows and performances.

Betty is survived by her husband, Muriel; sister, Doris Ann of Eufaula, Alabama; son, Mike (Sandy) Wright of Camdenton, Missouri; Six Grandchildren, Timothy, Nicholas, Travis, Melissa, Crystal and Matthew; and eleven great grandchildren. Betty also had many wonderful friends and neighbors.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., at New Home Baptist Church, 2895 Old Route 5 Camdenton, MO 65020. Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home.
