She was preceded in death by her husband David Latham; her father, James Wilson and her father-in-law Vern Latham Sr.

She is survived by one daughter, Alicia Latham-Courchene & husband Maverick of Ft. Denise was raised in Nebraska prior to moving to Camdenton in the late 1970’s and was a graduate of Camdenton High School’s class of 1980. As a young adult Denise’s parents owned and operated BJ Marina where she would work as a teen. Later she worked at the Ozark Rehab & Care Center before making a switch to a stay-at- home mom for a number of years. Denise began volunteering with the Mid-County Fire Protection District which started her love for public service. She then began her career in dispatch working for Camden County Sheriff’s Office as well as Mid-County Fire Department before retiring to take care of her husband.

Denise was saved and baptized and made a profession of faith to Jesus Christ.

In her younger years she loved to spend her time fishing and camping. Later on in life she loved a good NASCAR race, being around horses and flower gardening. More then anything Denise had a strong love for her family. No time was better spent for her than time with her children, grandchildren and the rest of her family.

She was a loving and a caring mother, grandmother, daughter, neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and her accomplishments and will treasure the memories she created for her family and friends.
