Janice Lee Stanley

Janice Lee Stanley, 83, of Macks Creek, passed away peacefully on December 20, 2025 surrounded by family. Janice dedicated her life to nurturing her family, friends, and garden. She was known for her legendary tamale dish, infectious laugh, and a listening ear for anyone in need. A homemaker, skilled crafter and avid gardener, she found joy in tending her plants and creating beauty around her. 

She is survived by her husband of 66 years , Larry G. Stanley, her four children Larry M. Stanley (Gina), Jerry D. Stanley (Jennifer), Patricia L. Stanley, John B. Stanley (Kim), 14 grandchildren Klarissa Stoner, Klayton Stanley, Megan Boothe, Chelsea Stanley, Autumn Diffey, Chase Foreman, Cory Stanley, Ryan Wilson, Kayla Bray, Allison McClanahan, Maia Palmer, Brooklyn Mashburn, Kyra Stanley, and Brayden Whitney , 18 great grandchildren and another one on the way.

The family gathered at the gravesite to celebrate and say their goodbyes with Pastor John Klemm providing prayer and comforting words to the family.

Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home.
