Jere Wilson Brown

Jere Wilson Brown, son of Millard L. and Helen Hannah (Powell) Brown, was born August 27, 1946 in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. He departed this life, October 5, 2025, in Osage Beach, Missouri at the age of seventy-nine years, one months and eight days.

On August 10, 1968 he was united in marriage to Lorraine and to this union two children were born. They met in Junior High; both went on to graduate High School and then attend College. While they were both home from College, Jere asked Lorraine out on a date, which led to a proposal in a Bowling Alley parking lot. Together, they shared fifty-seven years of marriage.

Jere was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Lorraine Brown; daughter, Hillary Helene Patz; son, Eric Wilson Brown; other relatives and many friends.

Jere was raised in Pennsylvania until he was fourteen when he moved to New York with his family.

In his spare time, Jere enjoyed flying with Lorraine, as they were both private pilots. He also enjoyed reading, playing games and puzzles.

He was a loving and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate his life and his accomplishments and will treasure the memories he created for his family and friends.
