Julie Denise Rhoades, daughter of William Charles and Dolores Ellen Grover Herring, was born, February 21, 1965 in Phillipsburg, Pennsylvania. She departed this life, October 16, 2025, in Lake Regional Hospital, Osage Beach, Missouri at the age of sixty years, seven months and twenty-five days.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Richard W. Herring.

Survivors include her four sons, Nicholas Schroer and wife Jennifer of Montreal, Missouri, Levi Schroer of Kaiser, Missouri, Kyle Smith of Sunrise Beach, Missouri, and Shannon Rhoades of Eldon, Missouri; her granddaughters, Haeven Schroer of Columbia, Missouri and Lily Wiethop of Montreal, Missouri; her grandsons, Rylee Schroer and Ty Wiethop both of Montreal, Missouri; her sister, Judy Schroer of Fulton, Missouri; her brothers, David Herring of Chattanooga, Tennessee and Donald Herring of Ooltewah, Tennessee, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Julie graduated from South Callaway High School in 1983. She worked for UPS and retired

after 25 years of service.

A true lover of the outdoors, Julie found joy and peace in nature's beauty- Whether

tending to her flowers and garden, casting a line on a quiet morning, or hunting in the crisp

autumn woods. Her green thumb and delicious cuisine brought life to every corner of her home

and her crocheted creations wrapped family and friends in love.

Known for her generous, fearless spirit and tireless work ethic, Julie was the heart of her

family. She treasured time spent with loved ones, sharing meals, laughter, and a lot of stories.

She was a loving mom, nana, sister, and a caring friend and neighbor. We celebrate her life and

accomplishments and will forever treasure the memories she created for family and friends.

Julie will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Seven Springs Winery, Linn Creek, Missouri.
