Marca G. Reese was a woman of wisdom, compassion, laughter, and unconditional love. Those fortunate enough to know her experienced the depth of her faith, the brilliance of her mind, and the quiet strength that defined her life. Her family will forever remember the stories she shared, the laughter she inspired, and her gentle reminders to talk to God every day, say the Serenity Prayer, and take life one day at a time.

Marca passed away on July 2, 2026 at the Lake of the Ozarks in the place that brought her peace and joy. While her family grieves the loss of an extraordinary wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, they also celebrate a life lived with purpose, resilience, compassion, and an unmistakable sense of humor.

Marca was born on December 15, 1962, in Mission, Kansas, to Louis LeManske and Judith LeManske. She grew into a woman of remarkable intelligence, deep conviction, and genuine care for the people around her.

After meeting in 1989, Marca married the love of her life, Chris Reese, on March 6, 1992, at Laverne’s Chapel of Love in Miami, Oklahoma. Their wedding day became the beginning of one of their favorite stories to tell, a memory that perfectly reflected their shared ability to find humor in life’s unexpected moments. Together they built a beautiful life rooted in love, perseverance, and unwavering devotion to one another.

Marca is survived by her husband, Chris Reese; children Cole (Daniel Lee) and Cailey (Justin), daughter Juniper and son on the way; Tyson (Jamie) and their children Brody, Owen, Colton, and Beau; Eric (Jennifer) and children Caden, Avery, and Carson; and Melissa (Jared) and daughter Jade.

She is also survived by her siblings Gina Flaherty (Jim), Derek "Dugit" LeManske (Jill), and Dean LeManske (Michelle); Carol Kelly (Bill) and Charlie Reese.

Marca is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Jamie Waldron (Tony) and daughter Zoe; Kelly (Peter) Radiel and children JP, George, and Paul; Andrew Flaherty; Thomas (Liz) LeManske; Trevor LeManske; Collette LeManske (Sammy Cervantes); Dante LeManske; Patrick Kelly; and Michael Kelly; Kendall (Jeremy) Hernandez and daughters Zoe and Chloe. She also leaves behind her uncle, John (Tiny) McTaggart and cousin Rick Whitby, along with numerous cousins and other family members.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Judith LeManske, and her in-laws, Charles Reese and Betty Reese. Along with her late nephew Timothy Flaherty and sister-in-law Heidi Klingman.

Marca’s 30 plus years in payment integrity was far more than a profession. It was one of her life’s greatest passions and a source of tremendous purpose. For more than three decades, she built a distinguished career in the healthcare cost containment and payment integrity industry, becoming widely respected for her exceptional knowledge, integrity, and unwavering commitment to doing what was right.

Marca’s serenity was the lake and over the years developed relationships that became like family. As this was her happy place and is where she wishes her final resting.

She will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and lovingly carried forward in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her.

In keeping with Marca’s love for the Lake of the Ozarks, memorial donations may be made in lieu of flowers to the local fire district that her father, Louis LeManske, helped establish on Lake Road 7-13 Firebirds, NWFPD Bollinger Creek Road, Climax Springs, MO 65324.

Per Marca's wishes there will not be a traditional funeral service. A celebration of life will be held at a later date and information will be provided at a later time.

Arrangements are under the direction of Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home
