Margaret (Gina) Eleanor Eidson, daughter of Ernest Bradford and Margaret MacKenzie Bryant, was born, November 25, 1933 in Kansas City, Missouri. She departed this life, Monday, October 20, 2025, in Lake Regional Hospital, Osage Beach, Missouri at the age of ninety-one years, ten months and twenty-five days.
On April 19, 1952, she was united in marriage to Charles "Audra" Eidson and to this union four children were born. Together they shared seventy-three years of marriage.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Rex Eidson; her sister, Patricia Macklin and her granddaughter, Marissa Hatmaker.
Survivors include her husband, Charles "Audra" Eidson of the home; her children, Terry Eidson, Dana Eidson and husband Adam; Kelli Waters and husband Rodney all of Roach, Missouri; her grandchildren, Clarissa Hufferd, Richard Eidson, Brooke Schmidt, Tommie Stoufer, MacKenzie Jones, Mitchell Waters, Olivia Waters and Emma Waters; fifteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; her sister, Judy Fink and husband Ray of the state of Nebraska; her daughter-in-law, Janie Eidson of Roach, Missouri and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Gina was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri and was a graduate of Grand Center High School Class of 1951. She met and married Audra and they lived in Blue Springs, Missouri before moving to Mack Creek, Missouri where they operated a dairy farm and raised their family. Gina was involved in many organizations. She was President of the PTA five times and President of the Booster Club and held other positions as well in both. She was a proud member of the Branch Homemaker Club for fifty-three years and had gladly held different positions all thru her time as a member. She was co-founder of the Olde Tyme Picnic and a member of the Lion’s Club and an original member of the Park Board.
Gina was of the Baptist faith and was baptized on October 15, 1989.
In her spare time, Gina had a talent for making the most beautiful wedding and birthday cakes. She loved playing Bingo and cards with her and Audra’s friends. She and Rex played cards every day. The time she treasured the most, was time with her family and friends. Gina and Audra would hop in their golf cart, and head to where ever the party with their family was at on the hill.
She was a loving wife, mom, grandma, great-grandma, great-great-grandma, sister, mother-in-law and a caring neighbor and friend. We celebrate her life and her accomplishments and will treasure the memories she created for her family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, October 23,2025 in Allee-Holman-Howe Funeral Home, Camdenton, Missouri. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Edith, Missouri. Visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. until time of service in the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be made to The Ronald McDonald House and left at the funeral home.
